1. COMMITMENT TO RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS CONDUCT
NUOVA ELLE EMME S.R.L. is committed to ensuring that all its business activities, including those of its internal manufacturing company and its suppliers, comply with the highest ethical, social, and environmental standards. All suppliers and business partners must implement a responsible management system, based on risk analysis and due diligence, to ensure respect for human rights, environmental sustainability, and business ethics. This system must be aligned with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs).
2. RISK MANAGEMENT AND DUE DILIGENCE
All suppliers and business partners of NUOVA ELLE EMME S.R.L., including its internal manufacturing company, must:
Conduct periodic risk assessments in their operations and supply chain.
Adopt measures to mitigate risks and ensure continuous improvement.

5. SUPPLY CHAIN RESPONSIBILITY
Suppliers must ensure that their subcontractors also comply with the same ethical standards, guaranteeing:

7. REPORTING VIOLATIONS
Suppliers must ensure a safe and confidential system for reporting ethical, social, or environmental violations.
Reports must be handled fairly and promptly.
Reports can be submitted directly to NUOVA ELLE EMME S.R.L. through dedicated channels.
8. SIGNATURE AND COMMITMENT
Each supplier working with NUOVA ELLE EMME S.R.L. commits to respecting the principles of this Code and applying the required standards.
